We will explore a range of simple relaxation and meditation techniques. The day is suitable for anyone who would enjoy a peaceful day in beautiful surroundings. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring slippers and a rug/cushion.

As the outer fires of seasonal celebration are lit, life passes this dark point and begins its ascent again, mirroring a powerful revival of our enduring spirit. Please join us at this sacred time of inner transformation with meditation, sharing, ritual and music.
In past years this special day has been illuminated by the inspired singing and harp playing of Orlagh Fallon ((2003, 2004, 2010, 2011), Madeleine Doherty (2006) and Fionnuala Gill (2005, 2007, 2008, 2009).

HEALING WITH CRYSTALS

This practical one-day workshop follows our Part 1 in May with in depth energy work, clearing the energy field, creating sacred space and more protective grids, colour, the chakras and an extended meditation.
Crystal healing workshops rely on the sensitivity and openness of the participants who are invited to share their experiences in an environment of mutual care and respect. As the emphasis of the workshop is practical, please wear loose, comfortable clothes and soft, flat shoes or slippers and bring a rug to lie on. Crystals will be available for sale as well as to use during the workshop but you can bring your own crystals if you have any.
